Our practice is an out of network provider. This approach allows us to offer high-quality personalized care without insurance constraints, giving us the flexibility to provide the support you need at a pace that fits your life.
Many insurance plans provide out-of-network benefits that provide reimbursement for a substantial portion of fees. We can supply the necessary documents for reimbursement filings.

Follow-up medication management and psychotherapy (45 min): $400
Follow-up medication management and psychotherapy (30 min): $350
Brief medication management visit (15 min) : $195
Forms or Letters: $35-$100*
